Canon EF 20mm f/2.8 USM Lens Review by the-digital-picture.com

So you need an ultra-wide angle lens? My strong recommendation to you - save until you can afford the Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0 L USM Lens or better yet, the Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 L USM Lens. Image quality at 20mm is significantly better with these two lenses. Plus, you get the versatility of a zoom lens with a significantly wider angle focal length available.

If all you can afford is the Canon EF 20mm f/2.8 USM Lens, buy it and enjoy it. It will capture memories just fine.

  • Fast F2.4 Aperture
  • Lightweight Design
  • Lens Coated to Repel Dust, Water, Grease
  • Aspherical Lens for Best Image Quality
  • Equivalent to 53.5mm in 35mm Format
  • Designed for Pentax Digital SLR Cameras

This versatile Pentax 35mm DA f/2.4 AL Lens is considered a standard, normal focal length lens for the Pentax DSLRs it was designed for, but it’s a great lens to own, even if you only have one lens. This 35mm lens (equivalent to 53.5mm in 35mm format) is ideal for family photos, portraits, landscapes and a lot more. The fast f2.4 maximum aperture helps you get pictures even in low-light situations, and it provides high-resolution images with edge-to-edge sharpness. An aspherical lens element helps to compensate for spherical aberration to maximize image quality, and PENTAX Super Protect (SP) coating helps repel dust, water, and grease–making the lens easier to clean.
