Hi Ray, thanks a lot for your comment here. We really appreciate your contribution here. We hope that you find our project interesting and useful.

"I would like to see Photos that have not had such extensive enhancements such as these to get a real feel of the Tokina before buying it."

on your statements above, our scripts crawl photos by itself but there are mostly verified by us before a photo will be made public here. Generally, and technically (as for now), it's not too possible to tell if a photo that has been processed heavily with post-processing tools (yet). This is one very good suggestion and we will keep a note on that.

Thanks again for your comment!

I recently bought a 12 - 24 mm F4.0 Tokina. Silidly build alright. There is so much hype about the so called sharpness of this Lens. I am yet to find out for sure and test this Lens myself further. I compared it to the Tamron 17 - 50 mm F2.8. Had exactly the same settings and focal distance set on both for 17 mm. The tamron beats it hands down on over all sharpness right across it's pane. I am used to the quality of Tamron and expected Tokina to be at least as equal. I have a Tamron 70 - 200 mm that needs repairs. I am contemplating on purchasing the Tokina 50 - 135 F2.8 ATX Pro but I am not so sure now. What if this Lens does not come at least to paar with my current 70 - 200 Tammy? I would like to see Photos that have not had such extensive enhancements such as these to get a real feel of the Tokina before buying it. Guess the hype People made about the Tokina just never had a better performing Tamron, even though tamrons are a little fragile and can break more easily.
TOKINA? Not convinced yet....
